Your money is held until the trip has happened
You pay MadClub, not the operator. The payout is created only after the dates have ended and attendance is confirmed.
You can see when we verified a trip
Every trip carries the date its safety details were last verified — on the card, and on the trip page.
Reviews come only from people who went
One review per completed booking. An operator has no way to remove one.
