Terms of service
Last updated 17 August 2026
Madclub is a marketplace: operators run the trips, the platform holds the money and enforces the rules. These terms set out what that means for you.
These terms
Madclub is operated by NOT_CONFIGURED, registered at NOT_CONFIGURED. These terms govern your use of madclub.co and the Madclub app.
By creating an account or booking a trip, you agree to them. If you do not, please do not use the platform.
What Madclub is
Madclub is a marketplace. It connects people looking for outdoor adventures with the operators who run them. Operators are independent businesses; the trip itself is delivered by the operator, not by Madclub.
Madclub verifies operators before they may publish, and requires safety information on every published trip. Verification is a check on what an operator has told and shown us — it is not a guarantee of any particular outcome on the day.
Your account
You need an account to book. You must give accurate details, keep your sign-in secure, and be old enough to enter a contract. Trips may carry their own age and fitness requirements.
You are responsible for what happens under your account, and for the accuracy of the details you give for anyone you book on behalf of.
Booking and payment
Prices are shown in Indian rupees and include what the trip listing says they include. A booking is confirmed once payment succeeds and the operator has capacity on the date you chose.
Money for a confirmed booking is held and released to the operator after the trip has taken place, not at the moment you pay.
Cancellations and refunds
Each trip carries its own cancellation terms, shown on the trip page before you pay. Those terms decide what is refundable when you cancel.
If an operator cancels, or a trip cannot run, you are refunded. Refunds return by the route you paid.
Reviews
Only people who actually attended a trip can review it, and only once per booking. This is enforced by the platform, not by policy alone.
Reviews must be your own honest experience. Reviews containing contact details, abuse, or attempts to move business off the platform are routed to human moderation.
Clubs and peer-organised events
Clubs let members organise their own outings. A club event is created by a member, not by a verified operator, and is not a Madclub-verified event.
If you join one, you are joining a peer-organised activity and are responsible for your own assessment of it.
Staying on the platform
Bookings, payments and pre-trip contact happen on Madclub. Operators may not publish external booking links or pre-booking contact details, and members may not use reviews, club posts or profiles to move a booking off-platform.
This is what makes the protections above — held payments, earned reviews, a record if something goes wrong — possible at all.
Acceptable use
Do not impersonate anyone, post unlawful or abusive content, interfere with the platform's operation, or attempt to access accounts or data that are not yours.
We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, and we may remove content that does.
Liability
Adventure activities carry inherent risk. The operator running your trip is responsible for delivering it safely and as described, and for its own compliance with the law.
Madclub is responsible for the platform: taking your booking correctly, handling your money as described, and applying the verification and review rules it publishes. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law and grievances
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Uttarakhand have jurisdiction over disputes arising from them.
Grievance Officer: NOT_CONFIGURED, reachable at NOT_CONFIGURED. Customer care is at NOT_CONFIGURED.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top changes when we do, and continuing to use Madclub after that means the updated terms apply.
