Our story

Elegant Adventurers is a Bengaluru-based outdoor and trekking operator focused on the Western Ghats -- the rolling shola-grassland peaks and monsoon-fed valleys within reach of a weekend from the city. We run small-group treks to Karnataka's classic high points, starting with Kudremukh, with the logistics -- permits, transport, stays -- sorted so you can just show up and walk. New routes get added as we scout and verify them, so check back for more Western Ghats adventures soon.

Good to know

Kudremukh means "horse-face" in Kannada, for the shape the peak cuts against the sky.The Western Ghats are one of the world's eight recognised biodiversity hotspots.At 1,892m, Kudremukh is Karnataka's third-highest peak.Kudremukh National Park is home to tigers, leopards and the lion-tailed macaque.Every trek we run starts with a real Forest Department permit -- never a workaround.
